Artiste Collection
This editorial project focuses on the creation of an artistic magazine, Artiste Collection, entirely dedicated to the timeless icon Marilyn Monroe. The aim was to deliver a bold visual experience that highlights her beauty, aura and artistic legacy through expressive and unconventional design.
The art direction follows a non-hierarchical and intentionally unstructured approach, moving away from traditional editorial layouts. The compositions push beyond conventional boundaries, embracing a free, creative and non-linear graphic design, where each double-page spread becomes a standalone visual piece.
The layouts rely on vibrant and contrasting colors, blending flashy tones with more subtle elements to create a constant dialogue between vintage aesthetics and modern design. Rounded, expressive typographies reinforce the pop-inspired visual language and add rhythm and personality to the magazine.
Visuals play a central role, with strong emphasis on Marilyn Monroe’s portraits, treated as key graphic elements. Shapes, color, imagery and layout work together to enhance her beauty and convey energy, elegance and artistic intensity.
Each spread is designed as an artistic composition, celebrating creativity, contrast and visual impact, transforming the magazine into a bold and contemporary graphic object.
